*****Please note before ordering that several item types are exempt from returns. These items include swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, panties, shapewear, costumes and makeup brushes, due to their seasonal or personal nature.

These items are not eligible for credit and will not be accepted for a return.

All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, inside its original packaging, and still have the original tags attached, if applicable.

Any damage or defects must be reported to us at support@atomicjaneclothing.com within 3 days of delivery.

We are happy to issue you a return credit, effective November 1, 2017, in the form of an Atomic Jane E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.

E-Gift Cards last up to one year so there is plenty of time to select something new!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your items, unfortunately we cannot offer the E-Gift card.

*Please be advised that Atomic Jane Clothing no longer issues refunds, due to excessive abuse from "wardrobing."

All returned items must be returned in tact in its clear plastic product bag.

****We are a small business, and as such, are unable to absorb return shipping costs at this time like the large box stores so please be aware customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit.

Additionally, cosmetics & beauty products, costumes, lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable as outlined above.

Exchanges

We will issue you a store credit via an Atomic E-Gift Card once we've received your return.

That way, you may use the Atomic E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item(s).

Credit for returned items is issued ONLY in the form of an Atomic E-Gift Card.

Damaged Items

If you could kindly send us a picture of the damage on your item, within 3 days of your delivery. 

We do not require a return of the damaged item.

Kindly note that without including your order number with your returned item(s), there may be a delay in processing your return.

If you do not know your order number, please give us the email or name on the order.

Atomic Jane Clothing is not responsible for packages once your tracking number shows a successful delivery.

Credit
